Show Review from the Birmingham Owl:

Wills and Wills give a smart spooning scene, which 'draws enthusiastic applause from the young couples'. 'His Birthday' depicts an old Yorkshire farmer and his wife awaiting their son's return from Australia on his birthday, only to be greeted by a clergyman informing them that their son has died. 'It is a clever bit of pathos'. The Brittons are smart American 'parti-coloured' artistes with a singing and dancing turn.
