A souvenir programme printed in black, white, red and yellow. The front cover has a generic image of a stagecoach being pulled by two horses, along with the show’s title ‘The Birmingham and Midland Operatic Society presents Oklahoma!’. A musical play by Rodgers and Hammerstein. programme cost 1/6 and was in aid of Cancer Research and other charities. Principal cast were Betty Preece, Ken Allen, Margaret Edwards, Anthony Waters, Robert Kendrick, Dorothy Goodwin and Denis Patrick. The entire production was produced and directed by Phyl Grove. The inside contains cast list, photographs and a synopsis of scenes. The musical commenced on 19 October 1970 for two weeks.
