A black, white and orange programme, ‘The Birmingham & Midland Operatic Society presents ‘A week of Tuneful Romance and Excitement Followed By a Week of Rhythmic Gaiety and Laughter’ ‘The Vagabond King’ and ‘Gay’s the Word’. The front cover has illustrations of a man and a woman. programme cost one shilling. The inside contains adverts, photographs, Society news, acts, cast details and forthcoming attractions at the Hippodrome. This copy of the programme has been binder hole punched. It also contains the regret slip regarding Diana Wilsons illness and her part being taken by the producer. ‘The Vagabond King’ was performed for one week from 28 October 1963 and ‘Gay’s The Word’ was performed for one week from 04 November 1963.
