A black, white and red printed programme, Oscar Lewenstein presents ‘Billy Liar’ by Keith Waterhouse and Willis Hall. The show ran from Monday 26 November 1962 for one week. The front cover is red and has a white arrow, spiralling around the title printed in black. The cast in order of appearance were Nan Marriott-Watson, Frank Pettitt, Eileen Dale, Kenneth Farrington, Ralph Broome, Sheila Eves, Gillian Eddison and Annabel Barton. The play was directed by Paul Stone and was based upon the original production of Lindsay Anderson. The programme also advertised the forthcoming London Ballet and the Christmas Pantomime ‘Robinson Crusoe’ starring Norman Wisdom. programme cost was one shilling and the show commenced on Monday 26 November 1962.
