A programme, Tom Arnold presents Anna Neagle in ‘The Glorious Days’ a new musical play devised and staged by Robert Nesbitt. The play commenced on 27 January 1953 and ran for three weeks and starred Anna Neagle, James Carney, Olaf Olsen, Patrick Holt, Peter Graves, Lesley Osmond, J. Hubert Leslie, Myrette Morven, Janet Barrow, Albert Chevalier, Edwin Ellis, Michael Anthony, Robert Algar, Julia Hand, Robert Webber, James Perry, Beryl Marsden, Christina Lubicz and Elizabeth Head. Original music by Harry Parr Davies. Lyrics by Harold Purcell. The front cover is a pale blue with dark blue and red text. The inside and back pages are white with blue and red print. The programme cost 3d.
